Cookies and website policy
In compliance with obligations provided by Personal data protection European regulation according to art. 13 d. lgs. 30 June 2003 n° 196 – ” Personal data protection Code ” and art. 13 GDPR 679/16 – “Personal data protection European regulation”, this website respects and protects the privacy of people surfing on Tekno Alfa S.r.l. website.
This privacy policy exclusively applies to on-line activities on the website and is valid for website visitors/users. This does not apply to the information collected through different channels present on the website. Privacy policy scope is to offer maximum transparency with reference to the information collected and used by the website.
Controller’s Identity
This website is managed by Mr. Borsa Giovanni, data controller of Tekno Alfa S.r.l. with seat in Via D’Annunzio 5 BEINASCO (TO),10092 – BEINASCO (TO). Data controller grants security, privacy and protection of personal data, at each step of data processing. Collected personal data are used in respect of d.lgs. 196/2003 and of GDPR 679/16.
DPO has not been appointed.
Purpose of treatment
IT systems and software procedures regulating this website collect some personal data with implicit transfer in the use of internet communications and common protocols. These information are not collected with the aim of identify specific subjects, but they could do it due to their particular nature. This data category includes IP addresses or domains used by users connected to the website, URI addresses (Uniform Resource Identifier) of requested sources , request times, the method through which request is submitted to the server, file dimensions obtained in reply, the numerical code indicating reply status from server (good, error ..) and other parameters related to operational system and IT environment of the user. These data are only used for anonymous statistic purposes on the website use and to check their correct functioning and they are cancelled immediately after processing. Data could be used to establish responsibility in case of hypothetical cyber crimes to the detriment of the website.
Treatment legal base
The use of technical cookies is a treatment aimed to the legitimate interest of Controller.
Recipients of data
The personal data processed by the Data Controller will not be disclosed, or will not be disclosed to indeterminate subjects, in any possible form, including that of their availability or simple consultation. Instead, they may be communicated to workers who work for the Data Controller and to some external subjects who collaborate with them.
Data transfer
The owner of data does not transfer personal data to third countries or to international organizations.
Data retention
Treatment controller keeps the data for the time necessary to collect anonymous statistic information on the website and to check its correct functioning. Data are immediately cancelled after processing.
Data subject rights
With reference to art. 7 of d.lgs. 196/2003 and artt. 15 – right to access, 16 – right to rectify, 17 – right to cancel, 18 – right to processing limitation, 20 – right to portability, 21 – right to oppose, 22 right to oppose to automatic decisional process of GDPR 679/16, the data subject exercises its rights by writing to the above-mentioned processing Controller, or by email, indicating his request object, the right he intends to exercise and attaching IC copy to legitimate his request.
Withdrawal of consent
With reference to art. 23 of d.lgs. 196/2003 and art. 6 of GDPR 679/16, data subject can withdraw the consent anytime.
Claim proposition
The data subject has the right to propose a claim to the controller authority of his country of residence.
Refusal to provide data
The data subject can refuse to provide navigation data to the Controller. To do that, the subject has to disable cookies by following the instructions of the browser in use. Users should be aware that disabling Cookies may preclude or worsen access or use of the Site.
Automatic decisional process
Controller does not perform any automatic decisional process on the data provided by candidates who spontaneously send CV or as part of a recruitment process.
Cookies types
Cookies are pieces of information entered on the browser by the user when visiting a website or using a social network with his pc, smartphone or tablet. Each cookie contains different data such as server name, a numerical identifier, and so on. Cookies can stay in the system for the duration of a session (until browser in use closing) or for long period and they can contain a unique identification code.
